In July, 2004, the Auberge Sain -Antoine opened a restaurant named Panache, a name that relfects the elegance and distinction of an establishment that is rapidly building itself an enviable reputation in the world of French Canadian cuisine. The authenticity and natural charm of the decor immediately catches the eye. The stone walls of the Panache dining room were once a part of a 19th century maritime warehouse. Situated in a discreet corner of the hotel, the restaurant is exceptionally peaceful yet offers a fabulous view of the St Lawrence and the hustle and bustle of life on the river. The menu is traditional french canadian cuisine with a twist, a revival led by the talent of the executive chef, Francois Blais. He draws inspiration uniquely from local Quebec produce, varying the menu according to what is in season.
Cafe Artefact is the second restaurante of the Auberge Saint Antoine. In a casual atmosphere, Cafe Artefact offers a choice site for quick, light meal, a drink at the bar, or in one of the adjoining alcoves, or simply a mid-day snack. Dining in the privacy of your room is simply a phone call away from early morning into the night. We offer an in room menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks.
Of a rare elegance, the James Hunt room is your answer for board meetings or dinner parties that need a moare intimate setting. This room is dominated by a superb cathedral ceiling with exposed wooden beams. With its magnificent draperies and English inspired furniture, century old stone walls and a direct access to an outside terrace, sophistication you asked for is what you get. The James Hunt room is also the private dining room of the Panache Restaurant.

The auditorium is a large amphitheatre styled conference room with 94 seats. Its exquisite sound quality, 10 x 18 giant screen, HD projector, luxurious Irwin seats equipped with a writing shelf and integrated internet access makes it suitable for a variety of presentations and viewings. This is the only room of its kind in a Quebec City hotel.
