The Fox Bistro
The Fox Bistro in the Radisson Hotel on the airport strip has been open for seven years, but an ownership change took place on January 3rd. Mina Lam and Mike Small are the new owners of the bistro, but they have vowed to improve on the quality of food and service that is already outstanding. They do not want to disrupt the operation of a very sucessful and popular little spot. The 85 seat restaurant is charming and relaxing with an eye-pleasing forest green color scheme - carpet, table tops, walls, upholstery. Cosy booths frame the French windows along one side, while a long banquette runs along another wall. In the centre of the dining room is a beatiful ceramic two sided fireplace which adds to the casually elegant setting. At the back is a small oak bar with several stools around it.
