Pets are permitted in the hotel. The animal must be under the supervision of the owner at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. A charge of $25 will be added for each stay. Seeing-eye or other working dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.

There are four rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms feature wide doorways, handrails in bathtubs, raised toilet seats, lowered peephole on the door and lowered bars in closets.
